1. Almost all individuals with down's have cognitive impairment which is more commonly mild to moderate.
2. Cardiovascular anomalies are seen in around 50% of the patients with downs and most common is Complete atrioventricular septal defect then VSD then ASD then TOF then PDA.
3. Ocular abnormalities occur in 40% of children in first year and in 80% between 5-12 years most common are refractive errors then strabismus then nystagmus.
4. Congenital GI anomalies are seen in 5% of cases of downs syndrome and most characteristic lesion is duodenal atresia or stenosis which may be associated with annular pancreas.
